| Softimage SIGGRAPH User Event Contest Rules
Only one entry per person.
To enter, you must pre-register on-line at www.softimage.com for the 2007 Softimage® SIGGRAPH User Event, taking place on Tuesday, August 7th from 7-10pm PST, at the Spreckels Theatre in San Diego, CA.
This contest is open to all pre-registered attendees of the 2007 Softimage SIGGRAPH User Event who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Only one entry is allowed per person. Employees (and their families) of Avid Technology, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates are not eligible to win. Compliance with the eligibility requirements will be determined solely by Sponsor.
One (1) Dell PrecisionTM M90 mobile workstation pre-loaded with SOFTIMAGE|XSI® Essentials will be awarded to a winner who will be randomly selected from the pool of all eligible entrants. The winner will be notified during the actual event. The winner must be present during the event to be eligible to collect his or her prize.
By participating, the entrant releases Sponsor and its affiliates from all liability with respect to this contest, and entrant also grants Sponsor the right to use entrant’s name for promotional purposes should entrant be the contest winner.
