SOFTIMAGE|XSI Student/Teacher Pricing - Details and Eligibility Requirements

Softimage offers special prices for students and teachers on either permanent or one-year licenses for SOFTIMAGE|XSI 6.5 Advanced.

Eligibility Requirements

The Academic version of SOFTIMAGE|XSI includes the same features as the professional version. Everything is available for you to learn, test, and create in XSI.  There is no watermark on your render and no hidden limitations in the application. However, the Student/Teacher license is only for learning XSI.  It cannot be used for paid work.

To purchase XSI under the Student/Teacher Program, you must qualify as a student or faculty of an accredited educational institution. You must provide proof of your academic status when placing an order. No order will be shipped until valid academic ID is received.

Installation and setup support is provided by Softimage Customer Service or by Born Digital for Japanese clients. Students and teachers have complete access to the same online support resources provided to commercial customers with annual maintenance contracts.
